We’re two days from the expiration of the 7 day stay on Jensen V. ATF. The ATF has not yet submitted an appeal.
4/6ths of the NFA, an unconstitutional law that’s been gutting our 2nd Amendment rights for over 90 years, may soon just go away. Suppressors will be an accessory, like any other muzzle device, a few bucks, delivered to your door. SBS/SBR/AOW? No such thing. The only reason those classifications exist were created by a law now deemed unconstitutional.
The only kinds of firearms still regulated by the NFA (should this ruling hold) would be Machine Guns, and Destructive Devices.
I would have bet big money that the ATF was going to appeal… but it’s starting to look like they won’t? Apparently, President Trump has taken notice?
